Lit Path, Inc. is a nonprofit addiction recovery platform that serves 50+ therapists and 2,000+ active patients. In order to foster better communication and connection between therapists and patients, I led a team in enhancing UX by streamlining therapist onboarding processes and optimizing display of therapist information, eliminating therapist onboarding error rates from 30% to 0%.
