About Spotonix & my role
Spotonix specializes in creating an unified data architecture for organizational knowledge; at Spotonix, I designed backend knowledge systems, agentic chat experiences, and supported marketing/partnership materials for the CEO
In this case study, I will focus on SpotOn Assistant, a data analytics tool for business users
Problem & goal
Self-service data tools often fall short for non-technical business users; meanwhile, data teams are overwhelmed by ad-hoc requests, causing delays and frustrations
