Intelligent email creation for brands

Typeface AI is a gen AI platform that enables businesses to create personalized, on-brand content

I owned two end-to-end features focusing on making the email creation experience more intelligent, automated, and flexible; recently launched to enterprise customers

My role

While I worked across modalities and overarching features in Typeface's platform, I mainly focused on the email experience

Email: context & problem

Currently, PMs manually annotate HTML email templates, which are required to maintain brand guidelines—this makes the email creation flow slow, manual, and rigid

➤ Guides users with an approachable walkthrough

⛓ Maintains control while removing repetitive work (i.e. block level bulk editing)
